Ingredients

  • 200 gm Asparagus
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp rock salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Preconditions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C) for 15 minutes.

Directions


  • Wash and dry the asparagus with a cotton cloth. Cut the hard portion of the asparagus.


  • Set the foil paper on the baking tray. If you want.

  • Arrange the asparagus in a single layer on the baking tray.


  • Drizzle olive oil and salt on the asparagus.




  • Set tray in the Oven. Roast at 400°F (205°C) for about 15-20 minutes, until the asparagus easily pierced with a fork.


  • Transfer the roasted asparagus to a serving plate and apply lemon juice, vinegar, and garlic powder on it, it will give a yummy flavor. You can also grated cheese on it. And Serve it with catchup.
