Appetizer Brussels Sprouts




Brussels Sprouts look like baby cabbages not because they are baby cabbages, but because they're part of the same family. Brussels Sprouts is a very healthy vegetable and fulfilled with Omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, and Vitamin C. 

Today I did a new experiment and made a dish that is very delicious and yummy. The main ingredients used Brussels sprouts, potato patty, cheese, and tomato. It can use as an appetizer and side dish. I have used potato patty but we can use any type of patty, according to your taste.
I have described all the steps with a photo So try it. 


Brussels Sprouts Bun Recipe

Ingredients

For Patty

  • 4 boiled Mashed potatoes
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/4 finely chopped onion
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • Fine chopped cilantro
  • as needed Salt
For Bake Brussels sprouts

  • 10 fresh Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Soya Sauce
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

For Assemble

  • 2 Cheese Slice
  • Tomato catch up
  • 1 Tomato Slice

Precondition

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F(200 C).

Directions

  • Add mashed potatoes in a mixing bowl, add red chili powder, coriander powder, cilantro, black pepper, salt, chopped onion, and chaat masala. Mix all the ingredients.





  • Make a small petty with the help of a palm(keep in mind the Brussels Sports size, and make the patties) and keep aside.





  • Wash and cut the Brussels sprouts into two pieces.




  • Transfer Brussels sprouts piece into the plastic jar, add soya sauce, salt, olive oil, black pepper and toss to mix all the ingredients.





  • Now set the foul paper on the baking tray.



  • Transfer Brussels sprouts pieces and petty on the baking tray, put cut side down, and roast for 12 to 15 minutes until the Brussels sprouts are tender and lightly golden.




  • Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and cool until easy to handle.



  • Flip the patties, give the 1,2 oil drop on every patty and bake again for bout 10 minutes.



  • Remove the patties from the oven and cool until easy to handle.


      
                                 

  • To assemble the sliders, put the tomato catch-up drop on the brussel sprout.






  • Now put petty on some Brussels sprouts.




  • Now add tomato slice on the patty.




  • Cut cheese slice into small piece and Put cheese slice on the tomato catch-up.



  • Secure with a toothpick.



  • Now add more 1 piece of Brussels sprouts on the top. you can bake again for 5 minutes. It gives good taste.






  • Serve immediately with sauce.
