Ingredients

  • 100 gm buckwheat flour
  • 2 boiled and mashed potato
  • 1/2 tsp rock salt
  • 1 chopped green chili
  • 1 tsp coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp coriander powder

Directions

  • Take a bowl, add buckwheat flour, mashed potato, coriander powder, coriander leaves, chopped chili and salt,Mix well together and make a dough.




  • Make a vada by your palm.


  • Heat oil in a big pan, and fry both sides until golden brown.



  • Serve with chutney.
