Most cakes are made with eggs but I tried to make a cake without egg. I have used mainly 3 ingredients apple, butter, and milk.
Apple cake is very tasty and easy, made without eggs. I made this cake in the oven but it can be backed in microwave, oven, and cooker. It has an apple flavor, so it’s also like by the children. Try this soft and spongy cake recipe.
I have made this cake with butter but also can try refined oil instead of oil. It will give the same taste. If you follow all ingredients as given quantity. Definitely, this cake will be very tasty and delicious.
Eggless Apple Cake

Ingredients
- 2 fresh apple(medium size)
- 1/2 Cup Sugar powder
- 1/2 Cup Milk(not cold milk)
- 1/3 cup Butter(Melted)
- 3/4 tbsp Lemon juice/ vinegar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/8 Cinnamon powder(optional)
- 2 fresh apple(medium size)
- 1/2 Cup Sugar powder
- 1/2 Cup Milk(not cold milk)
- 1/3 cup Butter(Melted)
- 3/4 tbsp Lemon juice/ vinegar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/8 Cinnamon powder(optional)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 170 C for 15 minutes.
- Spread butter on the cake pan.
- Bring all ingredients to room temperature.
- Wash and peel apples. Chopped them.
- Transfer these cubes to the blender, add some milk, and make a smooth paste.
- Transfer this paste into the big bowl, firstly use 1/2 cup apple paste, add sugar powder,1/3 melt butter. Stir and mix well. You can add more apple paste if needed.
- Add 1/3 vinegar or lemon juice to activate the soda and mix well.
- Now add all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon. Stir them and mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Pour the batter into the cake pan and garnish some dry fruits and chocolate. I am using prune and raisins.
- Bake at 160 C for 25 to 30 minutes. This may vary depending on the oven. Insert the toothpick to check the cake, if it comes out clean means it’s cook.
