Oats Pancake is a very healthy and easy recipe. Oats pancake also know as Oats Chilla. Chilla is a Hindi version and pancake is English. Mostly pancake are used in breakfast but you can it use it in Lunch dinner and snacks also, according to your choice. Oats are gluten-free and fulfill of fiber.
If you are getting bored with a simple recipe of oats, you should try it. It must be like by everyone including your kids. By the way, pancakes can also be made without vegetables but I am using vegetables to make them more healthy and tasty. I am using carrot, onion, tomato, and bell paper, use any vegetable according to your taste.
Most kids do not like to eat vegetables, so you use chopped or grated vegetables in it. Oatmeal has many benefits like - reduce weight, prevent heart disease and control Low blood pressure.
Oats Pancake

Ingredients
- 200 gm oats
- 1 tbsp chickpeas
- 1 tbsp semolina
- 200 gm water
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tsp red chili
- 1 tsp dry mango powder/ chaat masala
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- Finely Chopped vegetables
- 1 finely chopped green chili
- Chopped leaves cilantro
Directions
- In a mixing bowl add oats, chickpeas, and semolina. Mix well and add water, stir and combine well.
- Add chili,salt,corriender powder,garlic paste,and chaat masala.srit and mix well.
- Now add chopped vegetables. Choose any vegetables according to your taste. I am using red capsicum, carrot, onion, and tomato. Mix well and keep aside about 30 minutes.
- Now water absorbs properly and Greece oil on the Tawa.
- Put the better on the Tawa and spread it with the help of a spoon and cover with the lid.
- When pancake leaves the edges put some drop of oil on the corner.
- Flip the pancake with the help of a spatula and cook until brown spots will appear.
- The same process will be applied to the rest better.
- Serve with chutney, sauce, and yogurt.
