Grape Tomatoes

I love grapes tomato curry. I made this curry as an experiment to go with the plain rice, chapati, naan, and dal and it came out tasty and easy. Grape tomatoes are the small size tomatoes.

grape tomato is a class of tomatoes origin in southeast Asia, shaped similarly to the oval plum tomatoes but having the small size and sweetness of cherry tomatoes. Grape tomatoes are oblong and shaped like grapes. They’re about half the size of cherry tomatoes, with thicker skins. Grape tomatoes aren’t as sweet as cherry tomatoes, and their flesh is meatier and less watery. Since grape tomatoes last longer than cherry tomatoes, they’re becoming more and more popular since they are hardier and less fragile to pack and transport. You can use cherry.

Curry is a variety of dishes originating in the Indian subcontinent that use a complex combination of spices or herbs, usually including ground turmeric, cumin, coriander, ginger, and fresh or dried chilies. The word curry is simply used to describe the gravy or sauce in a dish in India. Curries have their own names, with different words denoting the presence of sauce including masala, salaan, and jhol. Curry has a unique flavor that is deep and earthy from the blend of savory spices but also has certain brightness due to the sweet spices in it. It is actually a mix of spices that includes cumin, coriander, turmeric, pepper, mustard, ginger, clove, cardamom, bay leaf, and fenugreek.
